Our network is curated, not open-access. Every trader must meet baseline standards for food safety, insurance, and professionalism. This protects you, us, and every event organiser we work with.

-   Current public liability insurance (minimum £5m cover) 
-   Gas safety certification for LPG equipment 
-   Professional, well-maintained trading unit 
-   Reliable event attendance track record
