The Driving Force

## KAYLEIGH MARTIN 

Kayleigh is the organiser behind Bite Me and the person who keeps the entire operation running day to day. From client enquiries and event logistics to trader coordination and on-site management — Kayleigh is at the centre of it all.

She has been instrumental in growing Bite Me from a single catering unit into a full-service event catering supplier with three owned units and a network of 25+ vetted traders. Her attention to detail, relentless work ethic, and ability to manage complex multi-trader events is what sets the company apart.

Whether it's a wedding for 100 guests or a festival with thousands of attendees, Kayleigh ensures every event runs smoothly — from the first enquiry through to the last serve. She's the reason clients come back year after year.

The Founder

## LEE MARSHALL 

Bite Me started with a 3-metre catering unit bought from a retiring uncle. Lee took that unit, parked it outside MKM in Perth, and started serving. No safety net, no investor backing — just a clear vision and the willingness to back it.

The focus was simple from day one: do a few items exceptionally well, serve fast, and build a brand people remember. That approach worked. Demand grew. We expanded to two units running simultaneously, then made the strategic decision to go all-in on events.

We sold both smaller units and reinvested into a purpose-built, large-format food truck — the Bite Me Food Truck. Then came the Pop-Up Bar. Then the Fuel Me Coffee Trailer. Three owned and operated units, each built specifically for the demands of professional event catering.

Lee saw a bigger opportunity: event organisers spending hundreds of hours sourcing and managing individual traders. He built a curated roster of 25+ vetted traders and transformed Bite Me into a full-service event catering supplier.

Our Standards

## HOW WE OPERATE 

### Zero Compromise on Food Safety

Every unit we operate holds a 5-star food hygiene rating. Every trader in our network is verified for food hygiene certification, public liability insurance, and gas safety. We do not make exceptions. If a trader cannot meet our compliance standards, they do not join the network.

### Reliability Is Non-Negotiable

We arrive on time, set up independently, and are ready to serve before doors open. We have never failed to show up. Event organisers book us because they know — with certainty — that the catering will be handled.

### One Supplier, Complete Accountability

When you work with Bite Me, there is one point of contact, one invoice, and one company accountable for the entire food and drink operation. We do not outsource responsibility. If something needs fixing, we fix it. No finger-pointing, no runaround.

### Built for Any Conditions

We operate in rain, wind, cold, and the occasional sunshine. Our units are fully enclosed, weather-protected, and self-contained. Events demand operators who can perform in any conditions — that is what we deliver, every time.
